Having trouble adjusting to the taste of Stevia? Sweeten those “hard to get right” treats with Gentle Sweet and you can bank on the “yum!” word passing your lips. The Trim Healthy Mama community fell in love with our pure Stevia extract and Super Sweet Blend, but some of you kept begging us for a sweetener that popped like pure sugar itself. Gentle Sweet blend has a cotton candy taste but won’t mess with your blood sugar.
Xylitol is often the sweetener of choice for those who can’t seem to get their taste buds around Stevia. The problem with using Xylitol as your chief sweetener is that it can be too easily overdone. It is hundreds of times less sweet than Stevia and unlike Stevia it contains calories which can really add up since large amounts are needed to pack that sweet punch. Large amounts can also cause digestive issues like gas and bloating. Gentle Sweet contains some xylitol for that perfect frosting like taste, but is sensibly blended with a small amount of Stevia extract and non GMO erythritol. The result is a smoothly powdered gentle sweetener that is still twice as sweet as both sugar and Xylitol.
And finally a word from doggies everywhere: “Please keep your Xylitol baked goods away from us. Our canine digestive systems cannot handle it and it can be fatal for us if you turn your back to answer the phone and we sneak your chocolate muffin from the counter top- woof woof.” Canine-safe Xylitol-Free Gentle Sweet Available Here!
Ingredients: Non-GMO Xylitol, Non-GMO Erythritol, Organic Stevia Extract Powder
Though our sweeteners do not contain any corn, our xylitol and erythritol are made through a fermentation process involving non-GMO corn. We choose corn over birch because birch requires a chemical process, whereas by using corn we are able to utilize an all natural enzyme process.
Suggested uses: Cakes, Cookies, Smoothies, Deserts
Benefits: Diabetic-Friendly, No Fillers
*Please Note: As we NEVER put fillers or anti-caking agents in ANY of our products, please gently massage the bag before use to avoid clumps.

I can’t believe how amazing this blend is! I have various stevia blends for most things I eat, but I could not find a way to make iced tea drinkable. I was quite desperate so I decided to give this blend a try. I am SO GLAD I did! Now I can have all the “sweet” tea I want!

Wish this came in single pkg for a test try.
Trim Healthy Mama –
We don’t currently have single sample packets, however we do carry this in individual packets.

I am so thankful for Gentle Sweet! It is the best sweetener on the market. When I use it in baked goods people cannot even tell it is not sugar.

What is the measurements to OTHER sweeteners such as Swerve, or stevia or monk fruit? I need to know those breakdowns.

Used this in some Pumpkin Cheesecake balls and always afraid I would have to throw new things away. Love this stuff!
Terri –
What is a doonk? I’m totally new to all of this! Thanks in advance!
Trim Healthy Mama –
Welcome Terri! A doonk is 1/32 of a teaspoon.
Stacy –
This is absolutely wonderful!! I just made low carb homemade vanilla ice cream with this sweetener and it pretty much tastes the same as the sugary version. My family really liked it! I’m a major ice cream lover, so this is a huge blessing!! 🙂 I also make Wendy style frosties with GS and they are soooooo good!! Thank you Serene and Pearl!
Aly –
I really enjoy the flavor of Gentle Sweet and it’s helped me make the transition from my normal diet, which consists heavily on candy and other sweets. I also feel very comfortable eating it since I feel like I can really trust the quality of it due to the integrity of Serene and Pearl.
Anna Hunley –
As a ketogenic food blogger, this is the ONLY sweetener I recommend to my readers. No bitter after taste, no cooling effect, and measures like real sugar.
Lisa –
THE best for anything chocolate, and for sweetening coffee. No aftertaste and I’m one of those picky sweet tooth people. I LOVE gentle sweet! I save it for sweetening things that tend toward bitter but use Stevia alone or a cono with Super Sweet for GGMS and most frappes and other blender drinks
Monica –
Out of desperation (because I ran out of Gentle Sweet) I ran to Walmart and tried pyure for my Cinnamon Wonder Bread. UGH! It was nasty! I need to stay on top of my game and NOT run out again! <3
Ruth Lloyd –
Sorry grocery store stevias. You don’t got nuttin’ on THM stevia. Bakes up so yummy. Ditto, no bitter aftertaste.
Oh, and listen to Serene when she suggests using doonks of pure stevia for your drinks and this for your desserts. It lasts a lot longer!
Kathy Brewer –
5 star! My husband even loves it! We keep Oolong tea sweetened with Gentle Sweet in our fridge ALL the time!…I still love the SUPER Sweet & use that in my green tea/ ACV mixture that I keep in the fridge for me!
Tina Franklin –
Excellent
Nora Roland –
I will never be without this in my cupboards! I do use other sweeteners for various things, but GS makes everything chocolate simply perfect, cakes, cookies, candies. It’s a must have for frostings as well.
Beth M –
Best sweetener I’ve ever used. No bitterness or aftertaste
