Makes 12 – <\/strong>One packet of mix makes two batches of 12. Double the ingredients for one large batch of 24!<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n

Ingredients:<\/b><\/p>\n

  • 1 \u00bc\u00a0 cup TH Cookie Mix<\/li>\n
  • 4 Tbs softened or melted butter (for dairy-free use 4 Tbs coconut oil and a pinch of salt)<\/li>\n
  • 1 Egg<\/li>\n
  • Desired amount of plan-approved additions like chocolate chips or nuts (optional)<\/li>\n
  • Vanilla or other extracts (optional)\n

    NOTE: This mix is gently sweetened.\u00a0You may want to add extra sweetener (to taste)<\/span> if you prefer a sweeter cookie.<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    Directions:<\/b><\/p>\n

    1. Whisk together butter (or coconut oil and a pinch of salt for DF), and eggs with optional extracts.<\/li>\n
    2. Add cookie mix and blend well. Stir in desired plan-approved additions.<\/li>\n
    3. Drop by rounded tablespoons onto a parchment-lined cooking sheet or silicone cookie mat and roll the dough into small balls. Flatten slightly with your hand or small piece of parchment paper.<\/li>\n
    4. Bake at 350 degrees for 8-12 minutes.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
