Purchase the Coaching Test (one-time, non-refundable fee $199).

Step 2:
Study the included content based on selected portions of Trim Healthy Wisdom and the Trim Healthy Mama Plan Book.

Take the THM Plan Test.

Step 4:
Complete Pillars Training, which includes videos and downloadable resources covering business basics, coaching boundaries, and professional standards.

Take the Pillars Test.

Step 6:
Join the Coaching Network and build your business. After passing both tests, you will:
– Activate your Coaching Subscription
– Annual $399 or Monthly $39 (12-month commitment)
– Complete your Coaching Agreement
– Receive your Coaching Certificate, Coach Badge, and Confidence to Coach Course
– Join the private THM Coach Facebook Group
– Receive a free THM Membership during your active subscription

How much does it cost?

The THM Coach Test cost is $199.
Once you pass, a coaching subscription is required:
Annual $399 or Monthly $39/month (with a 1-year commitment)

How long does the certification process take?

That depends on your pace. Most people complete it within a couple of weeks as they set aside consistent time to study and finish.

Are the THM books included when I enroll?

Yes. When you enroll, you will receive free PDF copies of both the Trim Healthy Mama Plan Book and Trim Healthy Wisdom to use throughout your training.

Do I have to be at my goal weight?

No. You simply need to be committed to the
THM lifestyle and ready to encourage others.

Does THM give a business model or set prices?

No. Trim Healthy Mama does not provide a set business model, pricing structure, or policies. Each coach owns and operates their own business, determines their offerings and rates, and sets their own boundaries and systems within the brand requirements. 
THM provides education, certification, and brand guidelines related to the Trim Healthy Mama plan.

What kind of support can I expect to receive?

Once you’ve passed both tests and paid your coaching subscription fee (annual or monthly payments), you’ll have the THM Coach Facebook Group plus the Confidence to Coach course for guidance as you start coaching. Executive Coaches and other coaching leaders are available to help guide and support you.

What does the recertification process look like?

Trim Healthy Mama coach recertification is required every year. To recertify, you must maintain an active coaching subscription and complete any required recertification training or assessment provided during your renewal period.
This annual process ensures all coaches remain current with Trim Healthy Mama resources, guidelines, and coaching standards. Full recertification instructions and timelines will be sent via email prior to your renewal date.

Do I get access to retreats and coach perks?

Yes. Once certified, you’ll be eligible for coach community perks, such as the Coach Retreat and coach gifts (as offered).
