Our systems work in “real time” and once an order is placed it is locked for processing and shipping and we are unable to edit it in any way .
Yes, to order by phone, please call 931-996-4283 between 10:30 am – 7:30 pm CST and we will reply back within the next business day. Please note, the operator who answers will not be able to address issues or questions regarding orders placed online.
Our in-house processing time generally takes 2-3 business days prior to shipping. Please do keep in mind that during and immediately following sales periods and heavy order times, it may take considerably longer to process your order due to the volume of orders received. If you feel that your order should have shipped by now, please write in to [email protected] and we’ll be happy to look into it for you.
We would recommend that you first contact the carrier (FedEx/USPS) for assistance. Once an order leaves our warehouse it is then in the hands of the carrier and unfortunately we no longer have control over its delivery.
We do of course want to make sure you receive your order so please do let us know at [email protected] if you are not able to resolve this through the carrier company.
Please write in to [email protected] to report missing or damaged items. To receive a full replacement or refund for damages, images must be included when you write in to us. Otherwise, we will issue a store credit that can be used on a future order.
When placing an order as a member, you will not see a discount taken off the total amount in your shopping cart, nor do you need a coupon code. Each item will be pre-marked with the member price when you are successfully signed into your store account using your membership username and password. Please keep in mind that the member discount is not in addition to sale prices, however you will receive the greater discount.

No, you don’t need to have a user account or a membership subscription to place an order. However, a user account will allow you to view and track your orders and current members receive a 10% discount on eligible purchases.
