Product Freshness & Shelf Life
Each product includes either a Born On date (indicating when it was produced) or an expiration date. These dates are provided to help guide freshness and ensure the best experience when products are stored properly.
For best results:
- Store in a cool, dry place
- Avoid heat, humidity, and direct sunlight
- Open and use products soon after purchase
Freshness Guidance (Not a Guarantee Window)
- Opened products: best used within 60–90 days after opening
- Unopened products: best used within 12 months from the Born On date, unless otherwise indicated on the product page
- Certain products, such as select hemp tinctures and supplements, may have a longer shelf life of up to two years when unopened, as indicated on the product page and when stored properly
These time frames are general freshness guidelines, not a guarantee of product quality beyond our 30-day quality window.
Because our products are made without excessive preservatives, changes in texture, taste, or appearance may occur over time or with improper storage.
Delivery & Storage Responsibility
Once an order leaves our temperature-controlled warehouse, storage conditions are outside of our control. Exposure to heat, cold, humidity, or delayed retrieval after delivery may impact product quality.
We recommend promptly bringing packages indoors upon delivery.

You may be eligible for a refund or replacement if:
- Your product arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect
- A quality issue is reported within 30 days of delivery
- The issue is determined to be related to production or shipping
To process a claim, we may require:
- Photos of the product and packaging
- Lot number or Born On date
- Order details
What Is Not Covered
The following are not considered product defects:
- Taste or texture preferences
- Individual sensitivities or reactions
- Clumping, thickening, or changes over time
- Issues resulting from improper storage
- Products opened after an extended period
Returns
Returns are accepted within 30 days of purchase only if:
- The shipping box remains unopened and unaltered (factory seal intact)
Due to food safety and contamination standards:
- Opened products are not eligible for return
Additional return terms:
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable
- Returns must be approved prior to sending
- Unauthorized returns or refused deliveries may be subject to restocking fees
Refunds or store credit are issued based on the condition of returned items.

Shipping Conditions & Temperature Sensitivity

Outside the 30-Day Quality Window
Due to storage variables outside of our control, reports of spoilage, clumping, odor, or other quality concerns submitted more than 30 days after delivery are not eligible for refund or replacement.

Refused or Undeliverable Orders
Orders that are refused, undeliverable, or returned due to incorrect shipping information may be subject to:

International Shipping:
