They also offer fiber to help your gut release incretin hormones so you can be a better burner. Then of course… it’s all about the suggested toppings for ultimate enjoyment.
Only a couple of recipes in this category do not have Protein Nerd Level 3 amounts, such as Autumn’s Protein Brownie Batter and Even Better Tummy Tucking Ice Cream. Other ice cream recipes are included here that can be used in place of a meal or for a snack, but “EBTTIC” is a lovely light ice cream designed to be enjoyed after a meal that has already supplied your protein needs. There is no need to have a full meal with ample protein and then have a dessert with an entire extra serving of protein on top. That’s just overkill.
