Since this product is so natural, containing no synthetic emulsifiers for best results shake vigorously for 10 – 20 seconds before using. Contents may have separated while being shipped to you. Without shaking it may seem too liquidy. Vigorous shaking will set it up again.

i JUST tried some sample packets in order to find my shade. Wouldn’t you know it – it’s “girl next door”. Logged on to order the larger size and out of stock – what?! NOOOO!!! Apparently, from reading the comments, it’s been out of stock for a while. I’m so sad about this. I have extremely sensitive skin. I can’t use most liquid foundations because they make me break out and are so heavy and by mid-day I feel like an oiled up chicken ready to be put in an oven LOL. This foundation does not do that! The minute I put it on I KNEW it was different! It is so light, yet provides great coverage! It didn’t creep into all my smile lines, either. PLEASE GET THIS BACK IN STOCK!! Thank you!

I loved it while it was in stock but my shade, Girl Next Door, has been out of stock for months! I’ve ordered sample packs of so many other shades and even tried mixing different colors together but none of them match me like that one. I love this foundation! I have had really good results taking a small pea size (1/8-1/4 tsp) of the THM Orange Silk & 1 pump of the foundation (after shaking the bottle) then mixing together in the palm of my hand. Then I use my ring finger of opposite hand to apply dots over my face & eyelids. Using a lightly damp makeup sponge I tamp on the moisturizer/foundation evenly on my face and eyelids. I let this set while I do something else like my hair. When I come back to my face it is ready to apply makeup! Sometimes I add a little face powder also at this point.

It was very watery for me; so it was difficult to apply with a brush.
I almost gave it one star; but gave it 2 stars because it had heathy ingredients.

The Basey foundation compares to the bareMinerals and Iliage that I have in the drawer. It lasts forever. It covers so well. I should say it’s better than the other brands because I don’t even wash my face every night, just moisturize at night and wash my face in the morning and the make up is still covering in the morning, my face feels great and, like I said, no breakouts! I feel like us women have entered a whole new era of skin care. It’s perfect for me. No worries and low maintenance. I don’t need a ton of products. Just the right ones.

I rarely leave reviews for anything, but this is my new favorite and I hope they never stop producing it. I ordered a sample, which lasted me at least 4 weeks. A little goes a LONG way. You need maybe a small pea size for your whole face. I have had a hard time finding a lightweight, full coverage foundation; and this works great for me. IT covers some of my redness but doesn’t look like thick makeup. (I don’t think it looks like you’re wearing makeup at all.) It lasts all day. I pair this with the orange silk cleanser and my typically dry face is smooth and soft.

Conceals beautifully and doesn’t crease or look oily under my eyes. Lastly, I purchased the LIDDY eye shadow palette. It’s AMAZING! The colors go on smoothly and are highly pigmented. They last All. I really like the way Basey goes on! Nice and smooth. Though it’s great for my face, that isn’t the best part about my Basey experience. After reading about its anti-inflammatory properties, I decided to try it on a rash I’ve been dealing with – on my toe of all places! I’d been trying coconut oil and lotion and even THM’s Bountiful Balm, but none of them worked. After applying Basey, the rash has become much less itchy, bumpy, and irritated. It’s not gone yet, as I’m still working on gut health, but Basey has helped a lot!

I normally just wear a concealer under my eyes. Tried basey the first time and used it just under my eyes but sadly I used too much and did not love it. Read some tips on applying it and purchased one of those foundation brushes. Now I’ve been using it and love it. I also use the fountain cream and apply it just around my eyes about twenty minutes before I use basey.

I wear foundation often and have given up on natural foundations and buy good ones at Ulta. Truly natural foundations are always outrageously priced and look like a grease slick on your face and somehow pasty as well. The last one I bought was $60 and it was awful. I find this foundation to be very comparable to the high end foundations. I will say though it is very runny, and a little goes a looooong way. My first go made me want to pitch it in the trash as when you use the normal amount of other foundations you really can tell you are wearing foundation and looks so bad. But because I paid $3 for a sample I tried again with seriously maybe 25% of what I normally use and wow it is like silk and I must say looks amazing. Also shade wise go darker than what you think. Even poured onto my hand I thought this is going to be way to dark and it was even paler than the little picture shows. If you put the foundation on the outside of the package over the color sample picture it doesn’t match even close so beware in picking based on the pictures. Based on my experience I would say the samples will easily give you 1-2 weeks of use. Nice job THM, I will be back for the full size bottle.
