I actually SUPER appreciate that these do NOT have electrolytes. Sometimes you just need flavor in your water but no more electrolytes! Thank you for that.
I love the flavors and am grateful for no fake dyes in these drink mixes! But, there are ZERO electrolytes in these. The name “Hydrates” is honestly misleading in this case. I think what THM is trying to say is that the flavors help you drink more water, and therefore stay “hydrated”. But our soil is so mineral stripped and our lives so stressful that I wouldn’t waste an opportunity to add the electrolytes our bodies desperately need from Mineral salt. You could add mineral salt to these drinks, but I find the name so deceiving that I’m not willing to buy these anymore.

I LOVE ORANGE HYDRATES! I started with purchasing the variety pack to try them all and the orange oasis hydrates are my all time favorite. They taste amazing and helped me kick the coke and Mountain Dew habit. I was so addicted to drinking pop and drank nothing else until I tried the hydrates, now I only drink hydrates and very rarely drink pop. Even when going to a restaurant I carry my cup or orange hydrate with me everywhere I go and I can’t live without it! It’s been out of stock for a while now and I’m struggling because it was my daily water intake because I don’t like plain water. They’ve been out of stock for a while now and I’m hoping they will be back in stock soon because I’m dying not having my orange hydrate waters every day! I was hoping they would make the orange oasis in the big bag too but that still isn’t an option yet. If you need to kick the pop habit I would highly recommend you give these a try!
