    I can not say enough good about this eating plan. Such a blessing and so so easy to implement into your life. I started after I understood to separate my fuels immediately, even though I was not done reading the first book. It made sense and I immediately began seeing results. I could go on and on but you really should just need to get it and read it yourself. Oh and read it again and again and again. I am always learning or being reminded of something I forgot or didn’t see before. You won’t regret it. Freedom is on the other side!! Oh yeah, I’ve also been doing this for around 4+ years and went through my sixth pregnancy which was very best feeling and weight wise. Amazing ?

    This is an amazing book. I was very skeptical when my friend told me about Trim Healthy Mama. The more I looked into this lifestyle the more I thought about trying it. I finally bought the THM book and was amazed at all the information and the way it was written. I felt like Pearl and Serene were my two friends walking me through the book and teaching me how to be healthy and not just teaching a path to lose weight. I have lost weight even though that wasn’t my true goal. I just wanted to have a healthy lifestyle where I don’t feel guilty for what I eat or yucky after I eat something sweet. This LIFESTYLE is truly food freedom and I highly recommend this book.
