💟 BAKE SWEET. GLOW HAPPY. NOURISH WELL. 💟

The Gathering is more than a conference; it’s a coming together of women who share a common heart for health and living the Trim Healthy Mama lifestyle in real life. This in-person event is designed to encourage, equip, and refresh you as you continue your journey toward sustainable wellness for yourself and your family.

Over three inspiring days, you’ll experience powerful teaching from Serene Allison and Pearl Barrett, along with trusted Trim Healthy Mama experts and coaches who live this lifestyle daily. You’ll gain practical wisdom you can actually use: clear teaching, real-life application, and honest conversations that meet you right where you are.

But The Gathering is about more than learning. It’s about community. It’s about sitting in a room filled with women who get it, the victories, the struggles, the perseverance, and the faith that carries us through. You’ll have time to connect, laugh, ask questions, and build friendships that extend far beyond the weekend.

Whether you’re brand new to Trim Healthy Mama, returning, have walked this path for years, or want to bring friends who would love to hear about it, The Gathering offers a space to be encouraged, grounded, and reminded of why you started. You’ll leave feeling strengthened, motivated, and confident to continue living well, one faithful step at a time.
