How large is the download file?

The Audio Experience files are about 1.5 GB in total, so make sure you have enough free storage space on your device.

How do I download it?

After you purchase our Trim Healthy Wisdom Audio Experience, you’ll find the file in the download section of your Trim Healthy Store account. Just click to download it!

How do I unzip the file?

After you download the file, here’s how you can unzip it:

• On Windows: Right-click the file, select “Extract All,” and follow the prompts.
• On Mac: Double-click the file, and it will automatically create a folder with the unzipped content.
• On Mobile Devices: You might need an app like “Files” (on iPhone) or “ZArchiver” (on Android) to unzip it.

Your device will have a standard way to open the file. You may need to unzip it first. Choose the appropriate tutorial for your device. 

Is this the same as listening to a book on audiobook apps like Audible, Libby, or Google Play Books?

Not exactly. While we know how much you love those apps, Trim Healthy Wisdom isn’t available on them just yet without using a third-party import tool. By February 2025, we plan to have it on apps like Audible. For now, the Audio Experience is available as individual MP3 files for you to enjoy. Simply click on the chapter folder you would like to listen to and open it in your preferred media player.

Do Pearl and Serene read the Audio Experience?

Yes, we do! Many authors hire readers for their audiobooks, but we wanted this to be a true Trim Healthy experience. So, we read the entire book ourselves—yes, nearly 60 hours of reading!

Is the audio version exactly the same as Trim Healthy Wisdom?

We alternate reading each chapter, and while there are slight variations, we follow the sections and chapters closely. We also throw in some “unscripted” moments in most chapters—extra educational insights or a little humor that comes naturally when we’re talking.

Can I listen to the Trim Healthy Wisdom Audio Experience on my computer, phone, or other device?

Yes! You can listen to it anywhere MP3 files can be accessed—on your computer, phone, or another device. The MP3 format works on most up-to-date devices, and we’ve organized the audio files into individual chapter folders to make it easy to navigate.

If I purchase the Audio Experience, can I transfer the files to my favorite app?

No, you won’t be able to transfer the files to apps like Audible. If you’d prefer to listen through one of those platforms, you’ll need to purchase the audiobook there once it’s available. In the meantime, you can use your favorite media player to listen.

Will I get a discount on Audible or a similar audiobook app if I purchase the Audio Experience through the Trim Healthy Mama Store? 

No, we can’t offer discounts or credits for purchases made on other platforms. You’ll need to purchase the audiobook directly through those apps if you’d like to listen there.

Is there a way to sync my listening progress across devices?

Not yet. Syncing across devices isn’t available with MP3 files, but most media players let you bookmark your progress so you can easily pick up where you left off.

How long do I have to download the file after purchasing?

You’ll have unlimited access to your download link in the Trim Healthy Store account, but we recommend downloading the files as soon as possible and storing them safely on your device.

Can I share this Audio Experience with others?

No, sorry! These audio files are licensed for your personal use only and can’t be shared, copied, or distributed. We’re so grateful for your support when you purchase your own copy—thank you for being part of the Trim Healthy family!
