I don’t always like chai, but I wanted to get into a better evening routine of drinking something warm and cozy. When this product released, I thought I would at least give it a try. I knew if I didn’t it I could give the remaining to my friends that do. Let’s just say that I’ve enjoyed a few nights worth, and have returned to the Trim Healthy Mamma’s store to purchase two other containers. I want to be stocked on this item. It is truly creamy, tasty, and something I will enjoy nightly.

I have been drinking this now for 4 straight nights. It is amazing. I don’t know when the last time I slept 4 nights in a row straight through and woke refreshed and alert with no muscle aches or pain. I have tried it both ways but I must say the almond milk made it the creamiest. Post menopausal mom over here loving this stuff!
