Directions for Pancakes or Waffles

Ingredients for 1 Single Serve (3 small/medium or 2 large pancakes or waffles)

You will need:

  • Slightly rounded 1/3 cup TH Pancake/Waffle Mix
  • 1 egg (for S version) or 1/4 cup liquid egg whites (for FP version)
  • 1/4 – 1/3 cup unsweetened nut milk. Adjust liquid if needed for desired consistency.
  • 2 tsp. melted butter or coconut oil (optional, for S version only)

Ingredients for Family Size Batch (roughly 5 servings)

You will need:

  • 2 cups TH Pancake/Waffle Mix
  • 4 eggs (for S version) or 1 1/4 cups liquid egg whites (for FP version)
  • 1 1/2 – 1 2/3 cups unsweetened nut milk. Adjust liquid if needed for desired consistency.
  • 4 Tbs. melted butter or coconut oil (optional, for S version only)

Directions:

  1. Turn on waffle maker to preheat or set non-stick griddle to medium if making pancakes.
  2. Mix ingredients together until well combined. Adjust liquid if needed for desired consistency.
  3. Spray waffle maker or non-stick griddle with olive oil spray or grease with butter if preferred.
  4. For pancakes, divide batter into 3 pancakes for each serving and allow to get golden brown on one side before flipping.
  5. For waffles, cook according to the waffle maker manufacturers’ specifications.

    I LOVE these waffles! I made up several bags (I think I ended up with around 40 waffles) and put them in the freezer. I made the FP version so I could use them in any setting. They’re perfect to use for a egg and sausage breakfast sandwich, delicious waffles with butter and THM Pancake Syrup or as the bread for your S or E Sammy! I’ll definitely be keeping these on hand!

    I got these as a quick sale item. And they were so delicious! I was so surprised. They are a bit crumbly, but the flavor is really good. Comparable to the carb heavy ones.

    It’s astonishing to see so many good ingredients together in a convenience mix and see the result as a pancake, lol! Because of this unique assembly, the batter is denser than expected and takes a bit longer to cook. I mixed with a whisk to give it a little bit of air, but didn’t think a second ahead and had my puffy pancake go “splat” from not having flipped it more carefully. I need breakfast to be filling-this mix delivers! I knocked a star because it’s on the salty side of excellent, thus a dealbreaker for my sodium-conscious mom. For the genius mix of thoughtful ingredients, ease of preparation and just plain being happy from eating pancakes, I’m making this a regular pantry item:)

    They were ok. I bought a bag that was for quick sale. I’ll probably just make the regular pancake recipe next time from THC. The convince of the mix was nice though.

    I made a single serve batch for waffles. I had one regular w/ butter, one regular with peanut butter and one with shredded cheese on the top and bottom like a chaffle. The chaffle had the best texture as it was crispy on the outside. The other two were good, just not crispy.

    I made the fuel pull version. I do not recommend make that version for waffles. I have a really good waffle iron and they just stuck no matter how much spray I used. However as Pancakes they are great!

    This may be my favorite mix!! LOVE the way it tastes! Mini waffles are my favorite way to use the mix. Topped with an on plan syrup they are delicious! I’m super happy about the larger size!
