I firmly feel this combo will simplify THM for me and I want to get my 18 year old daughter into the sisterhood of females eating healthy for life. As I look back at photos, I’ve struggled with weight loss and gain for 15 + years. Then 2 years ago, my cousin came into town and was on a fad diet.
