Thank you for providing fun, fast, efficient, and challenging workouts on DVD form! I know this may seem like an odd review, but I am so tired of everything being on YouTube or streamed, in a cloud or on a website. It was so refreshing to just be able to buy DVDs. Lol
I really like the Workins and trust me you will feel the burn the next day!
I highly recommend to anyone looking for something that’s easy to follow, fun to watch, and gives you a great workout all at once. 😀

My daughter purchased this and I had been overhearing the video from another part of our house (I was given strict orders to NOT come into the workout area, lol) and after overhearing several sessions I became curious and began reading the chart and watching the preview foundational moves dvd. Soon I tried a session, and yup it was Clammies in my Jammies! I really didn’t think I’d feel sore afterward, but I was definitely feeling it the next few days. So, I still use my weights, and my stepper, but it’s nice to give my joints a bit of a break from the extreme stuff and still feel a nice challenge. The bands were an area of question for me as I’ve had some that stink, or give my hands a powdery feel, but I didn’t detect any scent and they seem well-made.

These are fun to do alone, although we also used them in a local group get together and had a hilarious time; they’re challenging but enjoyable and short enough to get a burst in or add more for a full workout. I would like to see better illustrations for the drawings (support the artists!), but they made me laugh and get the point across. I still am amazed these were filmed in such a short amount of time with various level options; my muscles were sore on easier levels after just one or two! I love the reminder that even awkward dancing and moving breaks are beneficial 😀

I really like everything about these workins. They pack a really effective workout into a small amount of time. They are doubly good for me as a woman and as an equestrian. Riders have to stay fit to be effective in the saddle but most traditional workouts are counter productive to good riding. These workings actually complement equestrian fitness very well. I know the girls did not have horse back riders in mind when they created these routines, just a happy accident.

I’ve been a Crossfitter for 5 years before finally realizing I desperately needed to work on core strength and protecting my feminine physique. I LOVE working out, was worried this would be “too easy”. It’s NOT. Simply focusing on moving and moving with slow intentional movements makes things much harder than I ever would’ve imagined. Do not think you have to be new to exercising or never lifted heavy barbells to get something out of these workouts. I still lift heavy (ish) weights at the gym a few times a week, but this has replaced my daily Crossfit sessions for sure!
