I absolutely love these work outs. I ordered them when they were first released and have held on to them and recommended them to everyone that will listen. I can work out and chose one segment or all three and it kicks my butt every time. I feel strength and stability grow each time I work out ♥️
Love these! Use them almost daily. They incorporate many physical therapy dialysis recti rehab exercises into the routines, but in a fun, easy to get done way! I might have to look into the online streaming option, because my discs are getting very scratched and sometimes I have to try a few times to get the DVD player to read them. My kiddos love to join in as well! My youngest fondly refers to it as “baby-cise”. 😀
I love these workins! Im looking forward to getting started again after having my sweet little Priscilla 5 months ago! I, too, would love to have replacement dvds 😉 my other 3 children also love these! Their favorites are mad matador and hot tater crazy dance haha 😂

I also really appreciate the Workins! I wondered if it is possible to replace individual DVDs, though. One of my favorites is Lungies in my Grungies, and my disc has disappeared! Looking forward to hitting these again after a postpartum break with Baby #5 – great for rebuilding healthy core muscles!

I have been doing this working for over a year now and still love them. A great quick work out. I don’t have to go to the gym so it saves me so much time! I love everything thm puts out.
