Returns:

We are so honored that you have chosen to place your order with Trim Healthy Mama, and we will be glad to help resolve any issues you may have.

If you need to report a damaged, missing, or incorrect product or any other error on our part, please contact [email protected] so we can promptly assist you.

Please review your order carefully before submitting it, as we are unable to exchange or refund products due to an error on your part or based on an individual preference once the shipping box that the entire order arrives in has been opened or altered. You may be eligible for a return within 30 days of purchase ONLY if the shipping box has NOT been opened or altered in any way. Once the box has been opened or the butterfly tape cut, removed or unsealed, the product inside can no longer be returned to us. The return shipping fees are at your own expense, and the original shipping costs are not credited.

Since digital purchases such as PDF eBooks are fully downloadable at the time of purchase, we are unable to provide refunds.

Please feel free to contact us at [email protected] if you are unsure if your order qualifies for a return or if you have any questions. While we reserve the right to deny requests at our discretion, we will be happy to review concerns on a case-by-case basis to see where your situation best fits into our return policy. To ensure product safety for customers and employees in these changing times, we have much stricter guidelines concerning returned products. Unfortunately, we may not be able to accommodate your request.

Shipping:

Once you have filled your cart, please proceed to the check-out page and enter your billing and shipping addresses. The shipping will automatically calculate and give you several options to choose from.

International shipments may be subject to additional duties, taxes, brokerage, or handling fees assessed by the destination country and/or the shipping carrier. These charges are determined by customs authorities and the carrier and are the sole responsibility of the recipient. We are not responsible for any additional fees incurred at or after delivery and are unable to estimate or control these costs.

Please note that certain products may be restricted or prohibited in some countries or regions. It is the customer’s responsibility to review and comply with all local import laws and regulations prior to placing an order. We are not responsible for items refused, confiscated, or delayed due to local, state, or government regulations.
