Integral Collagen is a pure protein powder for health and beauty as well as yummy food creations.
Derived from pasture-raised cattle from the grasslands of Argentina and Brazil, our bovine Integral Collagen is pork-free, processed with integrity, and tested for heavy metals. It dissolves easily into liquids such as coffee or tea or can be used in soups and stews or swirled into Greek yogurt or kefir for a full nutritional overhaul.
Integral Collagen is simply gelatin broken down into smaller amino acid chains called peptides, accomplished by a natural enzyme found in pineapples. These peptides can be quickly absorbed into the bloodstream and efficiently utilized by the body for improved hair, skin, bone, and joint nourishment and support. As the primary structural protein in the body’s connective tissues, collagen plays a vital role in the maintenance of the cartilage, tendons, and ligaments that keep joints functioning properly. Protein-based foods also take longer than carbohydrates to break down in the body, providing you with a longer-lasting energy source.
Are you ever a stressed-out Mama, wound up as tight as a tick? Collagen is known for helping to maintain the health of the central nervous system and aids in the functioning of the digestive system. Collagen peptides are abundant in glycine, an amino acid that has several important roles within the body. It can also support glycogen storage, helping to make more glucose available for energy production.
Note – Please do not count our original Integral Collagen as your complete protein source. It is not useful for supporting your lean body mass. It is fantastic for various parts of your body, such as your gut, skin, and hair, but it is incomplete and lacks leucine, so it will not fuel your muscles adequately. You can add a complete protein source to your meals when using Integral Collagen or use our Trim Healthy Optimized Collagen, which contains plentiful amounts of leucine and other essential amino acids low in regular collagen.

Very happy with your product
I’ve been using this and find it to be as said. However, I am looking for a collagen powder that has all five types of collagen in it. Is there any product that offers that? I trust what you do, and hate to ”try” an unknown source that writes up a great description, but their reliability is unknown. Might you eventaully offer a collagen with all five types? I’d buy it.
TH has chosen to use grass-fed bovine-only collagen in types I & III. Type I-the most common; made from hide, bones, tendons, and fibrous tissue. Type III-made only from hide and fibrous tissue. The other collagen types often contain chicken by-products that we choose not to use, are often considerably more expensive and the benefits can be easily and affordably obtained by incorporating bone broth/stock into your diet.
Love this but can’t find an expiration date on the package. How long can it be stored?
The shelf life or ‘best by’ date for most of our products is 12 months from the date of manufacture, however, when stored properly, most dry goods are shelf-stable for longer periods of time. Many customers store products in their fridge or freezer to keep them fresh for an extended period of time. Please note that refrigeration is not at all necessary for most products but it can extend shelf life. Expiration dates are located on either the tear off strip at the top of the package or stamped on the back.
I also love this collagen! It dissolves so nicely in my coffee and soup and I never let myself run out. It is such a convenient way to get in more protein and I know that it is the purest and highest quality coming from the mamas! I agree with Eva..single serve packages to go would be an excellent addition!
Love this collagen! Would like to be able to get this in individual serving packets for traveling.
