I also really appreciate the Workins! I wondered if it is possible to replace individual DVDs, though. One of my favorites is Lungies in my Grungies, and my disc has disappeared! Looking forward to hitting these again after a postpartum break with Baby #5 – great for rebuilding healthy core muscles!

I am so in love with these workouts! Don’t let the 20 minute time frame fool you into thinking these aren’t effective! My personal favorite thus far is “Clammies in my Jammies”, because I feel the effects on my bummy immediately!! I love how they completely focus on feminine fit and caring for your pelvic floor.
