Pristine Whey is different than most other whey proteins in that it is cross-flow micro-filtered (CFM). This means it is the most un-denatured form of whey available on the market. Its health-boosting native protein structures remain intact due to the gentle, cold-processed isolation method. Undesired particles, such as lactose, cholesterol, and even any de-natured fractions, are successfully removed. This means even those with dairy sensitivities can often enjoy our whey protein. Maple Peach Oatmeal – E (Serves One)

¼ cup quick oats
¼ cup rolled oats
2 tsp. Whole Husk Psyllium Flakes
few drops Maple Natural Burst Extract
1 pinch Mineral Salt
2 doonks Pure stevia
2 rounded Tbs. Creamy Dreamy Plant Protein
1 ¾ cups water
½ cup peaches such as a 4oz fruit cup in natural juice or stevia sweetened, partially drained.
1 ½ – 2 Brazil nuts, chopped (if you have huge Brazil nuts… only use about 1 ½ to stay in E mode)

Put all the ingredients except the peaches and nuts in a small saucepan. Bring to a quick boil. Turn down heat and let simmer for a couple of minutes. Pour into a bowl and let sit for a few minutes. Top with peaches, chop your Brazil nuts then sprinkle over.

*Note – you can leave out the psyllium flakes but you’ll have to let the oatmeal sit for 10 – 15 minutes to thicken up. Adding it gives extra fiber and thickness!
